Excellent delivery, very quick and hassle free. As for the bed topper this is my second purchase, so l think it's safe to say it's very comfortable and well made. I am thinking of purchasing their summer alpaca duvet as lm still waking up feeling hot as lm currently sleeping with a summer downs. I will have to save my pennies. But going back to the bed topper I would highly recommend.
