Good brochure explaining the products. Easy to use web site. I have also ordered through The Wool Room at Yelverton Industrial estate. Speedy delivery with notification of time , and that was adhered to. Easy to give delivery instructions if one is not there to receive.
I have bought recently: pillows from the Wools Room at Yelverton, topper and de lux light duvet. Vary pleased with all the items which complement my Harrison bed!
