I am happy because my product is natural wool, and comes from Elland in West Yorkshire (I think that must be the showroom with the topper being made in Rutland. Maybe it's the other way round.) near to where I come from. The quality of my mattress topper is excellent and I like the bag it was packaged in too. Knowing all this brings a smile to my face. Well done Wool Room :)
