I bought a wool pillow and a bag of wool balls to customise pillow. I am so pleased with both, they arrived very promptly and both were in super canvas type covers. I have now used the pillow for a week and can't recommend it enough, it really does help if you suffer from a hot head at night, so very pleased. A great company to deal with and I shall now save up for other items I wish to purchase in future. Highly recommended.
