Easy to use website, very efficient service and my new duvet arrived very quickly. I love my duvet as it does exactly what is says it will, I'm sure I'm sleeping more soundly as I'm not waking up too hot in the middle of the night but equally it kept me toasty when when we had a cold couple of nights recently. Very happy with my purchase and have just bought myself the v pillow and am looking forward to receiving and using it.
