Quality of items and packaging is excellent. Delivery was also extremely prompt.
Only four stars as disappointed with the website and way items displayed. I wanted all seasons deluxe, but couldn't find it (was it me??), so ordered two separate duvets. It wasn't until I got the catalogue with the order, that I saw there is an all seasons combination. Not too much of a problem as I am unlikely to use both together, but there is a price difference!
