Although our Woolroom de luxe pillows were great and value for money we felt that in our case we needed a little more filling in them and the option of being able to purchase extra filling was fantastic. The filling was well packed and arrived on time, also being able to track our goods delivery status eliminated the usual delivery frustrations.
