My order arrived the day after I'd placed it so fantastic delivery. I ordered a wool mattress protector. It has definitely improved the feel of our mattress which whilst being good quality could sometimes feel the buttons through other protectors but not this one. Is a really good fit & fantastic quality. Saving up for a duvet now.
