I bought 2 products, one day apart, both were in stock when i ordered . The first order went swimmingly and arrived in 2 days. The second took 5 days with no reason given, then on the day of delivery the delivery firm sent an email saying that they hadn't received my delivery from the wool room. However it was then delivered on that day. So not full marks and hopefully the second delivery was not the norm.
