it arrived promptly...
each piece had its own cotton bag...
the pillows are wonderful ,(husband made his softer by removing some of the wool) , mine was perfect but i plan to get an extra bag of wool to customise other pillows...
single topper brilliant to take on holiday , lest we arrive to a less than perfect mattress,
packs up small and neat in its own cotton bag...
all wonderful...
