The online experience was disappointing (contact me if you wish and I'll provide constructive feedback) but the process worked and I collected from store. That was more than compensated for by the personal contact, once before purchase, another by email (answering a query) and lastly in-store. All warm friendly helpful and patient. I've not opened the product yet but it looks good.
