I have neck problems , and so I thought I would invest the money in a deluxe wool pillow. I am happy with it but not 5star happy. I feel it is a little flat . I thought it would be more filled with wool , and as it is rather an expensive pillow , and then having to purchase more wool to fill it up made me feel very dissapointed hence 4 stars.I always try to purchase British and especially supporting the wool industry. It is luxury , it is well made and supportive but not a very firm pillow.
