Very attentive customer service. The 30 day or your money "bedding builder" back is a great option. I bought the bedding (mattress topper, duvet, pillows) hoping to reduce my hot flushes and improve my sleep. Unfortunately I have not see any real improvement in my sleep. That said, I notice my stiff neck/shoulders do seem improved. Decided to keep the bedding anyway as it all feels so nice :-)
