My order was received within 2 days and I like the fact that I received a delivery notification with a 1 hour timeslot, which is great as I didn't have to spend the whole day waiting for my order. Plus as a loyal customer, I know that I will be receiving good quality items, so I can buy without feeling anxious about receiving something I don't like. I haven't had to return anything yet. Still a happy customer.
