Having found you on YouTube I was very happy to discover I had a local store in Edinburgh to actually experience your products "in the flesh." Ann Marie and her team were outstanding and my experience as a customer was first class, so a huge thank you to them. The in-store experience was so valuable that I have now completely changed my bedding to wool, topper, duvet and pillows and have been amazed at how I no longer overeheat and my sleep is much less disturbed, waking feeling much more rested.
