From start to finish I cannot fault The Wool Room on their customer service. All the people I came into contact with, the people on the phone who patiently answered all my initial questions about products and delivery, the man in the stores who resolved a potential problem, all really friendly, professional and helpful. Delivery was really quick and the logistics company you use is excellent, the 2 men were so helpful and careful in removing my old mattress and depositing the new one.
