I have to complete a review on 2 counts. The firstly and most important, the product!!! The mattress is amazing, it takes comfort to a new level. My family and I can't be happier with it. With the mattress protector on too, it adds to the comfort knowing you have the protection and the guarantee in place. The All Year round duvet is a game changer for these cold nights and with the Deluxe wool pillows makes us not want to get out of bed. The Wool room quality and workmanship is second to none. Secondly, Customer Service has been outstanding!! With a few issues on being out of stock. We were always kept in the loop with fast and friendly service. The small issues were handled professionally and without issue. Pity the rating only goes to 5 Stars.
