The wool topper is undoubtedly quality both in fullness and production. The wool is deeper and cooler than my previous down topper. Only area for improvement is was not told not in stock when I ordered plus the emails I received were really shocking spelling and grammar. I do apologies this item is currently out of stock, however as soon as we received this in we will get this straight out to you, we are expecting this to be at the end of next week, so you should expect delivery in week commencing the 16th.
