I cannot actually say anything about your products as I bought the deluxe pillows as Christmas presents, so I haven't taken them out of the box yet...but I do want to say that the young lady on the telephone who dealt with my failure to purchase via the Internet ( my fault) was extremely kind and patient. Also, the order arrived very quickly which was great, Thank you.
