Great service, good communication and prompt delivery. I ordered two classic wool duvets, one for myself (as a woman of a certain age) and one for my daughter (who has learning disabilities); both of us "suffer" from overheating at night and WOW have these duvets solved the problem. Would never have thought it possible, but it is!!
