Absolutely love the product (all seasons wool duvet) - the duvet is a revelation, and both my husband and I wished we'd known about them years ago. I thought I'm miss the depth of a fluffy down duvet but not at all! It's very cold at the moment but we only need the 300gpsi duvet, and have put the lighter one away for the spring. We're both very cosy under your wool duvet! Also, your customer services department was very good.
