Received excellent service. I was sceptical about the mattress protector being as good as advertised but it does "what it says on the pack". Even though it is still summer and the nights are very warm, we are not suffering night sweats anymore. Looking forward to receiving pillow protectors so as to complete enjoying even more comfort.
