I first purchased a mattress protecter I was really pleased with it, it was so much more comfortable than the synthetic one we had used previously. I then decided to purchase wool pillows and I'm so pleased that I did they are really comfortable and light, as for the service I received from placing my order to receiving it it was trouble free and was delivered on time on the day promised! I am very pleased with my order and would definitely recommend The Wool Room
