Only too willing to assist with queries (and quickly), a most welcome rarity these days. Service excellent, the product arriving within 24 hours of placing the order. Although expensive relative to most other types / 'fillings', after three weeks or so we think this duvet will prove to be good value. It certainly seems to keep the body at more of a cosy, 'even temperature' compared with our previous duck-down duvet. As others have remarked, the wool does not 'separarte' (unlike duck-down for instance). We feel that the 'medium' is warm enough. Keep up the excellent work ! Top marks all round !!
