I was so excited to get this pillow and when it finally arrived I was incredibly disappointing. The filling inside seemed half full. I was still hopeful but because there's not enough filling, what is in there, slides around and lumps together. I contacted someone online and they asked for a picture which I sent with my order number. I have heard NOTHING since and it's been a week. I live in Canada so with duties etc, this pillow was not cheap. I would return it, but now as I've been waiting for a response about my picture of the lacking wool fill, I am past the return window! I can only imagine, it will cost just as much to ship it back to the UK too. I am not impressed with the pillow and the company which is so unfortunate because I had such hopes for both.
