Fantastic service. I have the mattress protector, pillow and duvet on my bed and purchased the mattress protector for my daughter as a gift. After purchase my daughter told me she wouldn't be able to accept the parcel until the next day and the team at the wool room sorted the delivery and it was delivered on time perfect and comfy as usual. I would definitely recommend the Wool Room for a good nights sleep.
