Customer services very helpful prior to purchasing but no hard sell. Goods arrived day after I ordered very quick service. Information on how to maintain items purchased very useful. So far am happy with purchases although the Warm Deluxe Duvet was thinner than I expected but quite warm enough I had a goose feather duvet prior to this. which was heavier and a bit warmer. Would buy again from the company as I trust them seems genuine wool etc.
