I bought a mattress from the Woolroom last summer and the whole experience was amazing! The staff in the shops were lovely, the customer service was extraordinary (I was quite a difficult customer and they were v patient) and the mattress itself is frankly heavenly! It has changed my life - I now can’t wait to get to bed! Sleep is deep and sound and refreshing. And lolling around in bed at the weekend is a joy. I’ve since bought an alpaca duvet (wonderful) and wool pillows. Bed is the most divine place in my flat! I can’t give enough praise for the company and the products.
