Good communication helpful and also quick delivery. Duvet, topper and pillow all from deluxe range is first class. Very warm and cosy light duvet and my pillow so comfy had super nights sleep. The topper is like sleeping on a cloud brilliant. Would highly recommend woolroom products, hope to purchase for my spare room bed in a couple of months.
