The wool pillow is divine to rest my head on. Soft, supportive yet so lightweight. It arrived encased very attractively in a natural cotton bag, with full and clear instructions concerning the preparation of the wool filling prior to use.
Really lovely product and I have had several nights sleeping happily on it so will be recommending it to relatives and friends!
