Originally I made an order with another company and service was awful, my order was going to take longer than expected. Faced with this I turned to the wool room, I could not have asked for a better service. From my conversation with the customer service agent in regards to my order to dealing with the logistics and courier, excellent service. As for my duvet, I bought the summer wool duvet because I tend to sweat whilst asleep and needed a cool duvet. This is has proved to be a great purchase, better than I expected regulates heat, I'm able to go 6/7 hours without interrupted sleep. I highly recommend the wool room and a superb duvet.
