Ali was excellent at customer service, as we had several issues around order, due to the fact your website was not efficient at explaining about UK and EU sizes for duvets. I did spend some time online chatting to customer service guy. However, he did not give me the correct information and I therefore ordered a Double Duvet instead of my normal King Size, as sizes between UK & EU were different, and I felt he was not sure himself about sizing. Ali did her best to correct this situation. However, felt it most unfair I did not get refund for returning wrong size Duvet, even though I am a past customer and re ordered the correct size
