I ordered three cushions of the same design and colour on line. The ordering process was easy. Two of the cushions arrived the following day and I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency and delighted with my purchase. I contacted customer services to enquire about the third cushion which was missing from the parcel. I was informed that there were only two cushions in stock when my order was processed and that the third was being sent out to me from another location and indeed I received it the following day. However I was quite disappointed when I received the third cushion as the colour was a different shade from the other two (much lighter) which was quite noticeable when I put the three together. I felt unable to return the cushions as I had removed all the tags. Perhaps the company could have sent them out to me when they had obtained all three and checked the colour matches, it may have taken an extra couple of days but I would have been a lot happier with my purchase. The quality of the cushions is excellent and I would definitely recommend the Wool Room to other potential customers.
