Website is easy to use, delivery was perfect. I love my new duvet(s) - I have only used the light one so far. It has a slightly different look on the bed, a bit more "body", which I like and it is much more comfortable in the current very warm nights than my previous conventional duvet. I have recommended wool duvets to all my friends now.
