Ordered a Deluxe Mattress Protector and was so pleased with the quality of the product that I ordered a number of other items from the woolroom. In doing so, the lady who took my order, Ali, most certainly could not have been more helpful and friendly, two characteristics sadly absent in most firms one has to deal with.
