Offering was easy. However, my 2 pillows were a present to a couple in Germany (Essen), and the delivery caused some problems: the address was correct, but the name wasn’t. Instead of the couple’s name, my name was given. I received all the delivery messages here in England. I emailed PDP to correct this, but the correction had to come from the firm. One of your advisers asked for the driver to be contacted; that wasn’t possible. Finally, I contacted the couple in Germany, and they accepted the parcel I my name.
Not a nice experience, since this was a present for the couple’s Golden Wedding. Glad it was solved in the end!!
I haven’t had any comment about the use of the pillows.
