We used the email to ask a question about tog ratings . We received a reply from Chris within a couple of hours which was very helpful. We had a lightweight Fogarty wool duvet which gave the quilt cover a dingy appearance due to it being a dark beige. No such problems with our woolroom (11-14 tog) quilt. It's white and wonderfully warm and cosseting. A really good experience and glad we bought "British" wool.
