I discovered their site by using a standard web browser to find wool topper types of products. I was searching for a (US size) queen topper and was glad to see they offered them. The online transaction was fine - nothing unusual. I received an email, the next US business day as I recall, confirming they had reserved an item for my order. A few days later another email came, indicating the item had been "despatched" - (Brit-speak for shipped). By the end of the week, 6 or 7 days after placing the order, FedEx delivered the box to our front porch in California and the topper/mattress pad was on our bed. What could be better?
