I ordered wool pillows this time which arrived on time in canvas bags in a light cardboard box - sensible minimal packaging. Pillows are a joy, very comfortable, fluff up easily and they smell great. They add to the heavenly wool mattress topper bought last year. It seems much more comforting sleeping with wool, in all seasons.
