Fantastic service from start to finish over the phone and online. I had to call because I wanted some very oddly specific information about a duvet i was interested in. And the person on the phone was brilliant and dealt with my odd question with urgency and care.
I will be coming back to shop here and have been recommending thewoolroom to my friends family and even clients.
