Delivery was really fast - very efficient. The quality of the bedding is obvious & I really liked that I can take out/add in wool with the deluxe pillows. The topper is very sumptuous & has really made a difference to out memory foam mattress - felt too hot - the topper seems to regulate the temp as does the duvet & pillows. My hubby really feels the cold & I'm always hot - but the duvet, topper & pillows seems to regulate the temperature & we're both getting a great night's sleep. I am over the moon with my purchase & would definitely recommend to others.
