Just wanted to say, when I opened my parcel, I could see QUALITY as promised. My matress protector was neatly packaged in a fitted calico bag, complete with zip and piping. I was very impressed. Opening the bag, I was surprised to see a rather creamy colored protector, as I had just imagined white. The feel told me it was a quality product and I couldn't wait to put it on my Hypnos mattress.
