Delivery and packaging very good, duvet supplied in a very useful zip up cotton bag, will be useful to store duvet during the summer months. Duvet is very light and very warm. I am going through the menopause and suffer night sweats, this duvet is still very warm and I do have to throw it on and off during the night but it seems to absorb and then release any moisture and stay completely dry. I am very happy with this product.
