Everything was easy with Woolroom and the delivery was quick. The product we purchased--EU SIZE DELUXE WASHABLE WOOL MATTRESS TOPPER (180x200)--is very good quality and also very comfortable. We bought it to add a layer of comfort to a new mattress that we find a little too firm and it seems to be working well.
