This review is on service alone. I purchased woollen bedding ie: wool duvet and mattress protector and organic cotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover.
I have not used the bedding as yet as I am still waiting for my new mattress to arrive but the bedding looks and feels fabulous.
The Service was excellent and very prompt delivery. I was kept informed at every step of process from ordering to delivery.
I would Highly recommend customer service and will update review when I actually use the bedding.
