I ordered 2 items. One was damaged (the item itself, not caused by delivery) and I chose to return both items for refund.
Customer Services advised returning items to Head Office rather than the usual warehouse address, by Signed For post with Royal Mail.
This cost me £12. The Wool Room has acknowledged receiving the package and refunded the cost of the items but NOT the cost of securely returning damaged goods in the manner they advise.
I will not order from this company again.
