Incredibly fast service to the US. Like the wool pillows - I fluffed them up as instructed but will need to take some stuffing out to sleep with 2 pillows. Hope this helps with my allergies. When living in the UK, I ordered the light duvet and absolutely love it. Hoping I can still purchase UK items even though living in America now as all duvet covers, etc. are UK dimensions. Very happy with my purchases:)
