The service was excellent and we were delighted with our wool and alpaca topper. Our new mattress is excellent but so different from our 23 year old water bed. The topper ensured that we were finally able to enjoy a good nights sleep and is luxurious, well made and excellent in every way. The Tempur Foam toppers are excellent for some people, but we personally find them too hot. We love this topper!
