I was kept up to speed with my delivery date with an option to change date which was very convenient for me the delivery man was polite and friendly. When I opened the box and saw how professionally my items where packaged I knew then that these were high end quality and couldn’t wait to get them on my bed. Everything I read on the Woolroom web site about the quality is right I would highly recommend and would purchase from them again.
