Received my Classic wool duvet and was so keen to use it, sadly there was a slight fault, I phoned the service team who were great and said go ahead use the duvet until the new one arrives! then return (free) - perfect! New one arrived the day they said all with no interupted sleep - fabulous service, fabulous product thank you
